Recipes: Seafood

I clipped this out of the Houston Chronicle last week and made it this last Monday night. It is scrumptious! And very easy preparation too. It tastes good enough to serve at a dinner party, but it's easy enough to fix during the week too.

I got this from Central Market a long time ago, soon after they opened the original store around 1994 or so. I have always loved it--it's worth the cream....
