I made this the other night for a dinner at work and received numerous compliments. It was fast and easy not to mention very delicious.
I think the next time I make this I might try substituting cherries and cherry gelatin for the strawberries. I would use the cherry pie filling instead of the frozen. Do they even have frozen cherries??
Theresa made this delicious dessert today and we three enjoyed it. I am taking a sample over to Patty and David. Patty is my GF and my wife of recent memory, although they are not the same person. David is the fellow whose Mother gave our family the French Pecan Pie Recipe and who now rents a room from Patty. We are one big, happy, well-fed family.
I think, Theresa, the Strawberry Cream Dessert that I had July 4, 2003 may beat out yours, but likes and dislikes cannot be judged. Both are good and am taking the printed version to Patty so that a supply of the treat will always be available. ttfn
