Growing Up

Although I’m still not financially independent (and won’t be for some time now), I am personally dependent. I even have such to show as a product.

Well, first of all, I need to say that I hate cooking. I never understand the sense of wasting so much time with something while there are other quicker options. To me, (at least at my own house), food is something you just do. Get home, make dinner, study, errands, etc. I don’t cook because I find it hard to devote such time to something that does not help me in other areas of my life.

But anyways, I finally broke that barrier. The first time ever I made a real, fresh homemade meal for me and someone else was on Tuesday.

And I am now a strong supporter that good ingredients really make a meal.

So, this is what it was:

Pizza crust, pesto, mozarella cheese, fresh marinated artichokes, wonderful delicious goat cheese, freshly cut roma tomatoes, pressed garlic, slivered french onion, and spinach leaves.

So pretty much simply amazing!
